Each stone is pave prong set in the total solid sterling heart and bail. On the reverse side of this versatile necklace is a hand carved filigree scroll design in a polished mirror finish. This necklace design is reversible and can be worn on either stunning side. Wear it on the diamond brilliance side or turn it to the scroll design side, they are both elegant and outstanding.
